If you follow me on social media, you’ve probably heard the term ‘demi makeup’ pretty frequently this past month. While some of you may be familiar with this term already, many of you reached out asking ‘what is demi makeup’ and ‘how does it work?’聽

Since this has been such a popular product, I thought I should elaborate a little bit more on this topic.

What is demi makeup?

Demi color correcting is a breakthrough makeup approach that utilizes color science and light. It is a carefully calibrated saturation of cream color that is strategically applied to an undesired area to help neutralize and hide it. This is achieved by using colors that are complementary of one another.

Example: if you are trying to cover up any redness, you would use a color in the green family to offset the red. If you’re unsure as to what colors best complement eachother, simply take a look at the color wheel below.

How do you use demi makeup?

Using a Seint brush, apply a light touch of Demi Corrector directly to the places on your skin that need color correcting to achieve a flawless finish.

Most of your skin remains untouched, resulting in an undetectable makeup that reveals the magic of your face.

Where can I buy demi makeup?

Seint recenty released 3 new demi collections: Wide Awake (for dark circles/under eyes), Erase (for covering acne or blemishes), and Reset (for covering dark spots, freckles, or melasma).聽
